    Yes, that's more accurate. It's not as easy as popping off the back and pulling the battery like the Bold, but with a screwdriver and maybe a heat gun it's definitely doable. Most phones still let you pop off the back pretty easily.

    I had an older Android that overheated a lot so when I went to replace the battery there wasn't any adhesive left. I've heard the Priv is similar.
    Actually if it's anything like the post June 2017 Keyone, the battery comes out with a simple tug on 2 little black tabs .

    Actually I'm not really sure when they changed the battery "glue" but I sure do remember trying to take out an early build battery. This is the tool I used and it actually worked rather well!
