With the recent Rogers update, WiFi calling has finally been made available. It works, however randomly, this error pops up and persists until I restart the device.

I sent a support ticket to BlackBerry but wondering if others are experiencing this issue and/or have suggested solutions. Cheers.

is your device from Rogers or another carrier/unlocked?

if not sold by Rogers, it won't work and rogers won't fix it.

Just click on it and toggle WiFi calling on and off. It occasionally does that. I recently changed my default to cellular preferred and WiFi calling only when cellular is not available.

Its more of the WiFi calling not connecting/activate properly when entering a known WiFi area, like your home or office. Most of the time it connects flawlessly, but some time it does not (WiFi connects, just not the WiFi calling part). A toggle off-on of the WiFi calling or even a quick airplane mode switch on-off will 99% of the time fix things. If not, the a restart is needed on rare occasions.
