    Huh? These all work on my PRIV. TD, CIBC, BMO, Scotia. What don't they work on KEY2? Why?

    Obviously you should be banking at the ROYAL BANK, whose app works just fine on my Key2.

    Suggestions:
    1) do a 32 second (hard) reboot
    2) clear cache

    It's amazing how badly Android can operate if the cache is too large.

    BMO, TD, Scotia and RBC are all working fine for me. BMO just added a safety feature that block screen captures. Are you recording your events? That may interfere with your ability to use apps. also old versions stop working.

    These all work just fine. Something doesn't seem right here. I would uninstall the apps, do a 32 second reboot then install app and try again.

    CrackBerry has limits on how much paid into each of the accounts we have. Thanks for all the help setting up the multiple identities ;-) just couldn’t have done it without your help and knowledge.

    Me? Oh I don't suffer from having too many acorns to stash! In Canada our banking institutions are heavily regulated, you guys should try it out, remember 2008? But I digress! Canadian bank accounts are protected by CDIC;
    CDIC protects eligible deposits in its member institutions, up to a maximum of $100,000 per coverage category per individual. Just sayin Chuck.

    To clarify, CDIC is a private insurance institution and not gov related whatsoever. Also, if there was a run on the banks, they wouldn't even be able to cover 10% of the total deposits. Sure its nice to have but its not really what it seems.

    Agreed, if there is a catastrophic financial meltdown, then like everything else, the failsafe's come off. And to be clear, after the global financial meltdown of 2008, Canada came through it bruised, but in better shape than most of the world due to our strict banking regulations, that in conjunction with the CDIC protocols let's Canadians sleep a little better at night. Barring any doomsday scenario of course.

    2/3 of my corporate life was in a little USA division of a Canadian shop here in the USA named Toronto Dominion and I still custody assets for clients with them.

    TD has more branches in the USA than Canada and has for a few years. In the USA, depositors are insured for $250,000 USD likewise categories. What’s that like $300,000 CAD loonies? Besides, what does this have to do with YOUR Grand Cayman or Antiguan offshore numbered accounts??

    Damn, I better find those accounts! On a sadder note, I acquired 6 Bitcoin's in 2009 and can't for the life of me find them! They are lost in cyber space!

    I'm totally lost at this point as to the purpose is of this conversation, but I do know that CIDC is in fact a Crown Corporation, created by statute and held by the Government of Canada.
