love the TMO vvm app. what's wrong with it? I have a Blackberry. I don't expect much in a smartphone or anything else which is probably why I still have a Blackberry.

The app is clunky, takes forever to delete and doesn't integrate with the stock phone app. One simple example is if you wanted to block a phone number after hearing the voicemail you have to remember the number that called, close/minimize the vm app, open the phone dialer app and look for the number and then block it. It was much easier and quicker when tmo allowed us to use the stock phone app for visual voicemail.
Plus it's another app and more storage.

1. TMO charges for it

2. They don't appear in the HUB which is the point of a BB
