    That is the latest.

    What is your device PRD (type *#837837# into your phone dialer)? You may be able to update further under certain conditions and with certain resulting limitations.

    I also have a BBF100-6. I'm on ACE748. I'm not willing to update further via autoloader and lose Google Pay.

    Honestly it wouldn't matter, as new features haven't been introduced for years. And even with respect to security patches, having a newer update is like closing one screen door on the bottom of a boat that has 20.

    Is surprising that features like Google Pay and the Banking Apps that power it... still work on Android 8.1 without being even close to current on patches.

    I'm pretty sure there would be outrage if the powers-that-be were that heavy-handed. However I do think there should be a warning when using the app.
