    In hub and email.
    I am getting an error message webpage not available. With and upside down android dude.
    Then something about charsets

    I am assuming this has to do with character datasets?

    How to clear?
    I reset phone. No help.

    You should be getting an update that fix this issue today. Check your Play Store.
