I really wanted the silver one at first but they only had black. I'm really glad I got black. I think it looks better

Both look really good imo. However, I prefer the silver variant because of the practical benefits, e.g. visually easier for orientation, and key row separation.

I also have a thing for brushed aluminum edges and buttons, like those found on digital cameras and minidisc players of yore

I have the silver and like the silver best. Initially I thought the black would be better. The silver feels premium but I've never seen or held the black one in person.

I don't see or notice any stains on my silver it just looks more premium to me. Also tired of all black devices lately.

Why would anyone want an all black device?? nothing stands out. Frame , frets, screen, keyboard. All same color, looks like a cheap device from 2012.

Ofcourse a matter of opinion, but I personally feel that the Silver KEY2 has a more business feel and is a more professional statement. I like it myself, but I can imagine that others will think it's too classic.

I am ready to buy, but cannot decide. I have added Silver to my cart, then removed it and added Black, now I'm hesitant to pull the trigger.

Generally, I like things black. I use dark theme on any app that has it, so I think a blacked out K2 would be, as Flossy would say..Dope!

But the silver looks so elegant and nice, and I have the Black K1, so feel like a change up would be good.

On business travel next couple of days, will have to toss a coin when I get back...

The silver frets look nice compared to the all black keyboard. I see most people going for the silver it looks very professional in my opinion.

Honestly..it was because of the silver on black Keys that stood out for me so much that I went back to BlackBerry device.
