Screen brightness adjusting between windows and transitions

First I want to say I love this phone. Only issue I am having...there is an odd brightness adjustment that occurs when switching different windows / apps. It is slight...but noticeable. I've disabled Privacy Shade, disabled auto-adjustment of the brightness, and tried rolling back BB Launcher. The issue still remains. It appears to be a bug...I want to ensure BlackBerry is tracking it and hopefully...they can put out an update to fix it.

Same thing happens to my Key2. Screen flickers. My work around... change to a dark home screen wallpaper. Temporary fix.

Mine does this in the camera app. If I open the camera settings screen, the brightness with very briefly flash up for a sec, then back down. Same when exiting camera settings.
