    Hi. Recently my phone has not rung when someone calls. I have reset the device. eventhough, i deleted all the old ringtones and reloaded the new ones. But it still didn't work. Can you help me? thank you so much.

    Did suggested help work? Is it a 3rd party phone app or default phone?
