From time to time, when I am doing things and taping on the touchscreen, like using the calculator,, the screen blows up and I don't know why how to stop it, or return it to normal?

Please go to Phone Settings > Accessibility > Magnification. And make sure it's off.

You must be triggering double tap or gesture to turn it on from time to time. Check the description on how to launch it from the details of the Magnification by clicking on it.
