    Purshased a brand new key 2 , just out of the box i did a software update and now having problem with playstore ..i can't download neither update apps ! When i troubleshoot it says to restart the phone or clear cache or logout from playstore and to log back but nothings seems to work ! Any one has an idea about this prob ..thank u ! ( new to blackberry)
