    Recently emails come in and senders are automatically being listed as "priority" with a star on them

    Any way to turn this off?

    Do you mean they're flagged? What email service do you use? For eg, in GMail you can have rules to star email coming from someone or based on certain filters. They will automatically have flags on them.

    Perhaps the sender or you've got email rules configured to show them with "High Importance"

    It's these ones. Sometimes both are selected, sometimes it's only one. It hasn't happened in the last few emails I received so maybe it was a glitch. I dunno. Trying to replicate it

    It's Gmail. I was thinking that too. Looks like it's just the first time... I got emails from best buy and Amazon today, and since taking away their star for "high priority" yesterday, it wasn't there today.

    What is your email provider?
    It isn't driven by Gmail or any other mail service. This is an option within the Hub where it assigns "Priority" to incoming messages, seemingly based on volume (at first). We then have the option of marking a contact and/or conversation as a priority -- or marking them as not being a priority.
