Strange thing. I have several app with contacts notably a work account a whatsapp account viber and also an icloud contact account.
When in the contacts app i deselect all but icloud this works fine, but the phone app is still using the other unchecked contacts account therefore i have for one person 3 logs (whatsapp, contacts and viber) this is strange
Do you mean you r phone app has log other then calling? Did you combine you different contract in to one? (Contacts app)
No I did not combine my contacts not sure if this is a good idea. how will it affect my icloud apps?
I have this issue. no idea how to fix unfortunately... seems to be a bug. I tried using a different app but same thing happened.
I have tried to merge 2 contacts, so obviously they have disappeared from the contacts app, only after I have unmerged them they came back
You can choice which account (of contact app) to show up. In contact app you will see all your accounts there and merge only make all same contact combined to one account ( all contact)
