Native Phone App, Contacts, WIN 10
Four issues: Phone App, Contacts, SMS, and WIN seeing device but no files show in Folder
Help would be deeply appreciated.

* The degradation has occured over time
* Considering all of this, yes, wipe and reset may be the only option - however ...
- *Really* trying to avoid a wipe and reinstall. It feels like a huge deal - particularly given inability to save / copy / export contacts.
* Prefer to "fix" functionality rather than alternate apps / hacks
* I've variously tried: the 4-vibrate hard-reset in trying to solve issues, cleared the app caches, cleared the data (except in Contacts)
* Running DTEK, occasionally CCleaner and Avast from time to time
1) Phone App has been getting worse and worse. Hangs, takes a long long time to load. Sometimes now I will have an incoming call ... rings, but the Phone app screen either doesn't appear or it does, but all black (no controls).
Phone history never shows anything more recent than "3 days ago".
I've cleared the cache, cleared the data. No real help at all.
I've cleared the cache for the various BlackBerry Hub+ apps.
I've done the 4-vibrate reboot. I've turned the device off and let it sit.
2) Contacts: Will not load at all. Hangs. Contacts still show in phone app, but " search" (unsurprisingly) hangs. Scroll to contact and pressing call icon works.
Have not been able to sync to google, copy contacts, or export. Can open a given contact and edit, but the edit won't save.
The original migration of contacts using "Content Transfer" from my BB10 Classic to my Key2 was weird with "work" numbers being saved as "home", and " home" as mobile. Never sorted that out and just kind of decided to live with it.
Can still access "favourites" but cannot add or remove favourite-tag.
3) SMS - from time to time txts simply don't show up. Pretty much daily - particularly from one contact. Virtual guaranteed to miss txts if I've placed the unit face down (e.g. when I go to bed for the night) (yes, the option is turned on). Drops txts when "face up" too - just not as frequently.
Hangs sometimes, but infrequently.
Can take several minutes to receive security confirmation codes ... often times they don't arrive at all.
4) WIN10 ... connecting Key2 to my WIN10. Lenovo laptop through USB C:
* Have tried different cables
* Have tried all three ports (2x USB 2, 1x USB 3)
* not having any other USB (or other) issues with the laptop
Finds the device, but:
* no files being seen in the BlackBerry folder
* no pop-up request on laptop requesting how to use the drive
* there is a sound-ping of recognition when (dis)connecting the two devices
