Disappointing. My unlocked Key2 is still on its 5 October update. No November and no December updates at all. My unlocked KeyOne just updated to the Novemer update today. Both phones are German versions and used in Belgium. This is actually poor. That much for the promise of monthly updates.

The thing that annoys me the most, is the inconsistency of updates... Some devices get updated, others not... It really doesn't make any sense.

The difference is whatever necessitated the variant in the first place. BBMo would like nothing better than to have as few variants as possible.

Usually it comes down to regional regulatory bodies.

I do own a EU-BB with PRD -240 39, which should theoretically be on ABL911, however, no such update appears in the system update section. How shall I proceed to get the update?

"landed" does not mean it's pushed to all devices yet, just that it showed up on the update servers.

In my experience, it's usually 2-6 days.

Well, nothing on my Key2 with German QWERTZ keyboard and used with a Belgian SIM card so far. Still on 5 October update...
Meanwhile as I stated in the beginning of this thread my KeyOne with German QWERTZ keyboard was updated to the November update. Not December yet either.
Poor performance for a phone targeted at business users for whom security matters, regardless of explanations.
