As the title suggests - when an MMS msg comes in on SIM 1, the msg will not download. I have to go into my settings, change the preferred SIM for cellular data from SIM2 to SIM1 in order to download. Then I have to switch back. It won't download even when I am on WiFi.

    Anyone else have this problem?

I don't know who your carrier is, but from my experience MMS is treated as data, so not having any would be the problem.

Im on TELUS. SIM1 does have a data plan, but it seems like on the dual SIM K2, you have to pick either 1 or 2 to be the data SIM. I wonder why it wouldn't work on my WiFi as a back up.

Ah, I've never messed with a dual SIM, nor used TELUS. Hopefully someone has a solution!

I'm told by BlackBerry support that only one sim can be active at a time. in fact the second sim is inactive state (if not selected as preferred data sim) and will not receive data, even if WiFi is available.
