So I was looking in ARDA (from Quick Shortcut Maker) and found the section for the LTE Bands. I noticed that Band 17 was turned off. I'm on Cricket (AT&T) and am pretty sure Band 17 is one of the primary used. So I turned it on and reset the modem and have noticed a marked improvement on coverage. There were also a whole bunch of other bands not turned on, although doubt any of them would do anything in US.

Also, one other thing, and this seems very interesting, but LTE Band 66 is nowhere on that list. I'm pretty sure this phone was stated by BlackBerry (TCL, whatever) to have 66. If that band is indeed missing from the phones that would make for an interesting little tidbit for BlackBerry to answer.

Anyone else show the same thing? I'll upload screenshots of how the bands were set before I changed them.

First of all, nice find. I didn't know that you could change it. Secondly, I don't have Band 66 either. Was this advertised anywhere?

BBF100-2 is supposed to have Band 66 (check Thurask's sticky post on Variants).

I believe this is the main band for Freedom Mobile in Canada, and TMobile is expanding their network on it in the USA
