I just moved to a key2 from a keyone. Some how my ctrl key on the left hand side (under the "Z" key) is not working. I am trying to press ctrl & enter in my email when I want to send it and it doesnt seem to work.

Also, under the settings > language & input > keyboard settings > blackberry keyboard > advanced >keyboard CTRL Key
it says "Use the ?123 key as the ctrl key" with a toggle button on the side.
The keyone you a choice to assign a physical key as the ctrl key.

Is there a change in the key2? look forward for you help.

    I have both a QWERTY KEY 2 and a QWERTZ KEY 2

Both have CTRL Key option. You must ASSIGN it from the currency key.

Systems, Shortcuts & Gestures, Customize the currency key

You will then see a text explaining about the currency key as it comes like that from factory. Tap on it.

And you will then see the screen shot below taken from KEY2 QWERTZ keyboard. You have options with CURRENCY key tap on each option and a new text will be displayed.
