You have a pre-production unit. You'll NEVER see an OTA update.

You will have no choice but to use autoloaders forever, and hope they will work.

Conite, I am on Tmo in USA, and have loaded the ABA044 on my device because of the wifi calling, but based on prd it shows it should be ABA608 or ABA068 based on that google chart...does that make a difference?

I'm pretty sure that was the PRD number when I got our Key2 here (Indonesia, although idk where my boss got it from).
Then it got ABO927 (Jan 2019 patch) via OTA, which then I updated to it.

Then somehow it got bootloop-ed, so I flashed it with the ABO927 from the list to match the last installed firmware.
Once done it was stuck in the phasing "android" text logo, so I decided to flash it again and I did using ABM374.
Now the PRD number is 63828-031.
Is this OK? Or should I use a different autoloader?

You need a special autoloader for the Indian 828-031 (there is no such thing as a 828-021).
