    Go to Settings/display/wallpaper shuffle, Enable it, click on chategories, My Pictures and try to add photo.
    Can anyone do it? Looks like bug, I cannot add photo...

    Hmmm I cannot add photos to My Pictures.... Are you using Key2?
    Do you know where on internal storage is that My Pictures folder so I try to add manually?
