We have 6 KEY2 devices on FIRSTNET. they've all been working for 1-2 years without issue but yesterday 5/6 stopped being able to make outbound calls.
inbound calls and data is fine but outbound calls all fail. we have a ticket in with support but everyone is stumped thus far.
anyone seen anything like this? any ideas?

our key2 le devices on ATT & Verizon are fine.
Could be something else, but perhaps FIRSTNET has started enforcing the approved device list
Just to let everyone know this issue was resolved by FIRSTNET support. They said they had a to remove the lines from service and back in. devices were restarted and about 5 minutes later they were all fine. Support said they had a bunch of similar tickets over the past few days.
