    I can view my tasks and notes on key2 but I can't get make any updates to them. Tried restarting phone and going into safe mode but still the same. Any ideas what I need to do?

    Unless you have an exchange account to sync with, Notes and Tasks are useless. Use Keep or Evernote.

    Or Zoho Notebook which now on American storage
