Yeah it really sucked to be an early adopter of that device.

KEYone BE is another animal. The key clickiness is better also, and it doesn't have that hideous top silver bezel. Also notification LEDs look better on the black top bezel.

The last BB I bought was the BE KEYone and I paid $250 USD for it a few months ago from Amazon brand new. To be clear, you want the -039 model and updates appear to be finished as of April now. I’ve used on AT&T, T-Mobile and Mint for testing purposes. No complaints.
