    Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Today my KEY2 that was on Verizon stopped working on the network. I had activated the SIM via a Verizon compatible KEY2 LE (which is still working on VZW, minus MMS). However, for now, the top left of my KEY2 reads “No Network” or “Emergency calls only”.

    What settings do you have under network type? I had some issues when it was set to global. Verizon support suggested LTE/UMTS/GSM.
    Both phones we put on Verizon had Global selected as the default.
    Hopefully, my phone won't lose the Verizon connection. KEY2 no longer working on Verizon-screenshot_20181113-195750.jpeg

    Try the Global setting. That is the setting that is used for KEYone on Verizon.

    Try swapping the SIM with the Key2 LE that you know is working.

    An update:

    I tried all of the above suggestions, and a couple more. From different SIM to network resets and changing network settings. Unfortunately, it appears as if the network is rejecting it. Upon putting the SIM in, the phone recognizes Verizon's network, however it quickly changes to "No Service" after a few seconds. Wish I could give you better news, but I am not too confident than this is a one off issue. The one nice thing is that the KEY2 LE is a stunner, so I am content.

    Thanks for the feedback - I wish it was better news! That being said, I'm going to hold out until we hear multiple reports of this challenge before jumping to conclusions that it affects all Key2 phones. Either way I am sorry to hear your update.

    The KEY2 was never supposed to work on Verizon anyways, so better to not get hopes up

    UPDATE!!!

    Found that if I put the old T-Mobile SIM in my KEY2 and then immediately put the Verizon SIM from the LE into the KEY2, I can use the phone (KEY2) on Verizon again!

    UPDATE!!!

    This makes little sense to me.

    I picked up both Key2 LE and Key2. the LE works fine on Verizon but if I take the SIM from the LE and put it in the Key2 I get no service.

    So after toggling the preferred network setting from LTE/UMTS/GSM to LTE/CDMA and then back to LTE/UMTS/GSM (rebooting the device in between) I am now up and running on the Key2
