    Service constantly in and out. Had phone two years. Spent an hour with support, they said no network issues. Works fine with Wifi of course but very intermittent service even in the same spot. Any ideas? Thank you!

    Could be a loose antenna connection. You can take the back off and see if both the blue and white wires on the lower right are secure in their sockets.
    Could also try a factory reset.

    If it's just popped out of its' socket you can simply plug it back in. However, if the connector is no longer attached to the board you'll need a hot air soldering kit to fix it.
