Yup, same issue. Worked in the beginning, but hasn't worked for a couple of months now. Reported it multiple times, but BB never responded.

Android is adding more and more restrictions and slowly but surely rendering the Hub useless. The decision to do away with OS10 and and depend a a "partnership" with Android was always one of desperation; not one made based on any real value.

I have switched today from a KeyONE to a Key2 and where all the app integration into the HUB was working on the KeyONE; Twitter, eBay etc. I have lost both my Twitter accounts and eBay in the transfer and they no longer appear in my HUB, despite using Google Drive to transfer everything and resetting up the accounts?
I am a Beta Tester and thought this had all been sorted in the Spring?
Is anyone still having Twitter issues? Any solutions?

So basically, Hub is only really reliable for centralising multiple email accounts ???

Got my new Key 2 yesterday and I'm getting Twitter and SMS in the Hub. I guess if I want to keep it that way I should not upgrade the current version I have installed, or do I have no option to ignore the update and will it be forced on me ?

The Hub (or any other app update) will not force itself onto your phone as long as you select the "don't auto update apps" option in the Play Store settings.

If the new version already installed itself, you can simply disable it in Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> All apps -> Hub (or "Inbox" ) -> Disable

This will revert the app back to the factory version, and then you can just enable it and use it as-is.

Thanks for that. I've turned auto update off, still finding my way round Android after so long on BB10.
