My call waiting has stopped working since I've upgraded from Keyone to key2

I've checked the settings and they are enabled.

Tried everything and have spoken to o2 uk

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Define 'stopped working'. Call waiting is a network feature and has pretty much zero relevance to the device you are using. Aside from your buttons not working to switch calls, it's 98% on your provider.

Clearly a network issue then. Turn call waiting off, then on again. If it's not working after that, call O2 again. Your KEY2 only serves as a dummy UI for their network settings as you can see when enabling and disabling call waiting. It checks the network settings, and reflects those on your device. Even if for some reason the device isn't reflecting it as being enabled, O2 can enable on their side. It's their network controlling it all.

Resolved by putting sim in a different phone and activating call waiting

For some reason my key2 couldn't do it!

My Key 2 says there has been a network or sim card error when I try to change the call waiting setting.
On AT&T with unlocked US K2. Hopefully it gets fixed in an updated

Just put the sim in a different phone and activate call waiting off and on.

Make sure it's turned on in your key 2 first

Can someone please direct me WHERE to find this setting exactly?
My provider does support it - however I never find the setting for call-waiting, since owning this Key2 form the first instance.
It is so annoying, this is a really useful thing I miss.
I searched hard already several times in call-settings and just after reading this thread searched too SIM in my settings and checked through all of them. "call waiting" or in one word, or even the word "wait" just does not bring up anything in search!

OK, so there is no such setting there "calling account" - from right corner settings. I search - nothing. I can recall have seen it before though, while searching for call waiting setting.

There is SIM card & Mobile network, where there is a SIM icon to click on, to name SIM slot, chose icon, name carrier, phone number and preferred network mode - nothing like "additional settings".

    EDIT: found it! thank you.
it was not in phone settings up right corner, but calling app settings. I knew I've seen it somewhere already.

    Thanks again a bunch!
