Yes, we've been talking about this in other threads the past few days.

Rogers, Bell, and two other N.A. variants have received this update OTA (out of the 90 KEY² variants in existence).

FYI, all 6 North American variants have it now. That should do it.

Try clearing the cache for the BB keyboard app.

You'll need to go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Show all xx apps > three dots at the top > Show system > Scroll down to BlackBerry Keyboard > Storage > Clear Cache > go back > Force Stop


See if that fixes it, because it clearly seems to be software related if it just started doing it after an update.
