Hi,
I just switch to key2 from Classic. I meet some issue and looking for help.
SMS, I transfer sms to key2 but I only can see around 30 s, rest just disappeared.
Call log or history even worse that no history at all.
BBM, I cannot login use my BlackBerry ID. It has no option there.

Key2 is quite good to use but some issue is inconvenience

Your problems are two fold....

Paulelmar18 explains some of your transfer issues with SMS in the related link.

The BBM ID problem is that BBM for Android/IOS gets handled by Emtek and I’m pretty sure you’ve missed the window long ago for transferring your ID over with BBM for BB10 from BlackBerry since two platforms have been separated. Your choices are either contact BB and Emtek to see if possible to still move ID or create new ID on new device.

Thanks! I did contact both of them to see if they can solve BlackBerry ID.
And, I read the link Paulemar18 mentioned, that issue only related with BlackBerry Hub services?

Yes. If you go to front page of CrackBerry, there’s a couple of articles regarding some major changes to Android with how that affects texting apps in general and the BlackBerry hub as well..

Thank you for reply. I returned this one and got other BBF100-6. Such issue is gone now. I guess it may be phone problem.
