Battery life is adequate. You easily get a day out of any iPhone. But not more. I always have a battery bank in my bag when I leave for work.

From the X it’s totally not worth it. There’s nothing more than marginal improvements to camera. The new A12 is a beast, but so was the A11. And the A10... and even the A9 on my 6S plus is still incredible by today’s standard.

iPhone will give you longer software support, but XS is too damn expensive. If you’re into slab world and prefer ios I suggest you to get X or 8+. But If you’re into android world, pixel 3 is about to come out.

Still worth buying the completely redesigned iPX compared to previous gen iPhones but not worth upgrading from X to XS coz it's has minor difference.

If only KEYᴛᴡᴏ 's camera is superb I could've sold my X.

If you're going to carry another thing, why not get a compact point and shoot? MUCH better pictures for a fraction of the cost.

Agreed, I don't know why so many people trip up about the camera on there phone.

I need to upload them to cloud and attach them to email so that's more convenient. I use key2 and passport for long emails!

Except harder to carry, the phone is normally always with the person.
How about things like 4k (especially at 60 FPS) or even 1080 @ 240. Very, very few (even high end) cameras will do that. Many phones will.

Now having said that, I’m not a huge fan of using a phone for much of anything else rather than “digi-snaps” for personal use and/or social media postings. :-p

But many phones can do a decent job. These are a few photos that I just took the other day from a, literally, $200 phone that I just bought for a friend. One pic is sitting in a coffee shop at the mall after I just bought the phone. I’m charging it and haven’t even updated it yet and the pic was taken through a glass window.
The orgs are much better, this site compresses them a lot. I can pop them up on gdrive or onedrive if anyone really wants.

On a separate note, I'm loving the Key2 more each day I use it. Unless you play a lot of games and very picky with the phtos, you won't miss much

You can type away with great precision on the iPhone X/Xs versus a pkb. Type at same speed and you'll get fatigued on a pkb. Forget about the camera/speaker/reception/screen quality. There's a reason an iPhone costs so much more because the components are very high spec & their top notch build quality (yeah yeah at cost price it's 3 fiddy bucks) ensure's a higher marketability to the people who pay for quality. Even the Sim tray is metal, unlike Samsung or any top dollar (>700) Android.

I own the K2. The rest of my family carry various iPhones. I can tell you my kids are bugging me to get them an android phone. They are not happy with apple. There is no interest at all in the X variants.

They are not really interested in a BlackBerry either, but the mere fact they are not happy with apple is some indication that a move by others from apple to BlackBerry is possible.

It seems to me there has to be a desire for change before another brand can grow. Apple has taken folks for granted too long.

Right...great precision...keep telling yourself that you'll be more precise on any piece of glass vs any PKB.

Type at same speed and you'll get fatigued on a pkb.

Ok, assuming the thumb fatigue will occur on PKB, at least there won't be the mental fatigue that comes with having to focus precisely on which part of the glass to land the thumbs accurately on.

The frustration of trying to type accurately on glass and ending up with a bunch of typos is just as real (if not more) than thumb fatigue from a PKB (which depends on key resistance).
