    When I tap three bars on the LHS, refresh, I get no "wave" motion near the top. Inbox version 2.1910.0.17462, Hub & Services version 2.1910.0.57560. Any advice?

    It's the same with my K2. But if I I switch my WiFi or data whichever I was using at the time from off to on any emails etc appear. Most times the refresh will not work for me.

    Check that WiFi, data or both are turned on?
