if you use a different launcher like Nova, do shortcuts from the home screen still work WITHOUT the speed key?

    I've got a random one...

So, with the new private locker on the K2, I know you can stash some apps in there, which would then only be accessible through the locker, with a password. If you were to set a speed key shortcut to one of those private apps, what happens? will it prompt you for a password when you hit the shortcut?
They said you could do this the launch event in NYC.

Did you check to see if the led aligns with the lens of Priv's OEM leather pocket case?

My impressions after two days with a production unit.

It's bascially a KeyOne-S like Apple does. But a realize that solves all of the lag/ram issues of the KeyOne.

So in short a KeyOne device that actually works.

the new processor and Ram make a huge difference. The phone just works and works well. On my KeyOne i never had more than 200meg of free ram, now i have 2 gig of free ram no matter what I throw at it.

The back is really secure but picks up grease and fingerprints fast.

Space bar click is load but new keys track really well. Best keyboard since old-school 9900

Personal preference, I don't like the physical keys being only on the right side.

I got the BlackBerry KEY2. Ask Me Anything.
Can you give your Key2 when you’re done with it? Alternatively, can you give $650 USD to buy Key2?

    Sincerely,
    Chuck

does the keyboard keys feel soft/easy to press or hard ? i know its subjective but i cant really type that fast on they keyone cuz the keys werent "soft" enough. Im hoping the Key2 is much softer and requires much less effort to press..
This was my issue with it also and I would like to know.

OP and title. Said ANY question would be answered. What do I have to lose? No, isn't a lethal word.

You're just miffed I beat you to it. LOL

Hope the not so big FL (as compared to AK land) was good to you last week.

Yes, I don't like the physical keys being on the right side. Makes taking screenshots awkward

Also the back cover is starting to smell from getting wet. Has a moldy smell to it. Lol

LMAO - always worth that shot. @Tim-ANC on to plan B with AT&T but that just involves them selling me the Key2.

All of the unboxing reviews and the specs indicate aluminum.

Same as me plus the PRIV. The first time I can remember the device not having all services. I’ve read in another thread, Rogers is enabling Wifi calling with their Oreo update. Maybe AT&T will do the same? I believe AT&T partners with Rogers in Canada for coverage. Knowing AT&T, the Oreo update will arrive only if they carry the Key2. :-/
