how's the camera quality compared to other phones that are not blackberry aka s8/s9/pixel 2 / iPhonex / note 8
I would imagine the even now he's probably only using beta camera software.

OP, what specific OS build are you on?

Have not had the chance to test out the camera yet unfortunately. Camera versions is 1.1.3573.0519

I noticed in the camera settings, you can change it to manual mode. Not sure if this was an option on the K1 or not.

    Will try out camera later.

Android software is 8.1.0 with ABA044

Yes it does and yes they did.

This is what you get (floating widget) when you exit the call screen mid-call and enter another app.

I saw in Mr. Mobiles video that you can configure the currency key with some new shortcuts, one of them being pulling down the notification shade. I'm just curious if you can also pull down the notification shade with the convenience key on the side of the phone.

I want to apologize for not responding sooner. I like sleep.

The keyboard reminds me of the BlackBerry Passport. It is nothing like the BlackBerry K1. The keys are bigger and feel physically different.

The sound quality is more in line with the BlackBerry Passport. Sound is no longer disorientated nor does it feel hollow or tiny. A big improvement.

Volume is great. I think it's very comparable to the BlackBerry Passport which I have owned in the past.
Wow. Thank you for sharing. I was really concerned about the speaker. I don't need stereo. But comparing sound to a Passport, it must be much improved from KEYone!

On the KEYᵒⁿᵉ I can swipe the navigation buttons rather than tap them. I find that this 'feature' (if it really is one) only available on the KEYᵒⁿᵉ as I found no other Android to respond the same to navigation button swipes, that includes Samsung, Pixel and Nexus.

Does the KEY² allow to swipe the navigation buttons rather than tapping them?

Is the KEY² having Dual Speakers for stereo audio?
If not , BlackBerry - TCL is deceiving the consumers by giving dual Speakers Grill at the bottom of the phone!

that's great that we aren't losing the ctrl key! I mapped my "V" key to pull down the notifications shade using a NOVA Launcher shortcut within Blackberry Launcher so that was never a problem for me...

however now that shortcut keys aren't launcher specific for the KEY2, i'll just use my regular "swipe-down" gesture on NOVA launcher to pull down the notifications as I have on all my other phones.

I don't think they're stereo speakers but Gizmodo claims they are.

They're a lot better than the K1 that's for sure.
