    how to remove this notification from whatsapp ?-13604.jpg

    This notification keep appearing everytime I clear it.
    Is there a way to just make it disappear?

    The only time I've seen that is when I'm in very low to no service area. not sure it can be removed.

    Hold the notification and slide to either side until you see the cog wheel; release and tap the cog wheel to enter the app notification settings page. The notification channel will be briefly highlighted; tap it and turn it off.

    I did that it goes away. Then when someone messages me it comes back again

    Then in that case you will not be able to turn it off. Unless you turn off all WhatsApp notifications using the main toggle no channel can be turned off individually (by design) as WhatsApp is an 'Always Listen' type app for which the minimum importance level is medium.
