    Help, emails are being received on my device, but then disappearing. If I tap the magnifying glass icon they then reappear ? Driving me up the wall, as this is happening on my Outlook and Gmail accounts. The same e-mail accounts are working fine on my desk top. Please help, as I fear this maybe the end of my love affair with my Key 2. Many thanks in advance

    Have you powered down and restarted your phone?

    Can try resetting the sync timeframe - hub menu upper left; settings; select the account and check your email sync timeframe setting.

    Can try clearing App Cache.

    Can try deleting and reinstalling the accounts.
