    Mine works fine. My work email is through gmail and often I'm receiving the notification on my phone BEFORE it shows up in the inbox on my PC.

    Can you give us more details on how you have it set up? Maybe that'll give us a clue.

    I have it set up to sync every 5 minutes and to run in the background. And that's pretty much it

    Gmail is imap.

    Sync time is used for lesser folders and to kickstart a server snafu.

    I did set it to use push but it's still slow to sync.
