I just upgraded, and now i cant get the wifi calling to connect on T-mobile...and also its giving me sd card errors. I dont know why everybody looks forward to these updates. Every android phone I have ever owned is always ruined by the updates. Seems something breaks every time the phone is updated.

Having the same issue with T-Mobile. WiFi calling was working fine before the update. Now just stuck at enabling or says not ready.

BB Mobile promised monthly security updates for their devices, and yet they always failed to delivery this.

Well if their updates keep breaking things such as Wi-Fi calling, I'll pass. I'm much more likely to use/need wi-fi calling (100%) than worry that some crazy KGB hacker is going to hack my phone with some obscure exploit. (0.000001%). Fix the damn wifi calling BB unless you just want to sell about 7 phones a year to some CIA spooks. Disgustingly poor QC isn't going to gain you any marketshare.

For those of you who still didn't get the update, try removing the SIM card, then restart the phone, make sure you're connected to your WiFi then check for updates again and see if you get it.

Need clarification. For those of us with factory unlocked phones. Does the monthly security update (usually on the 5th) come directly from BlackBerry or via TCL? Second, is it rolled out Regionally? Thus the delay? Really looking for facts and not speculation. Thanks in advance,

1) TCL. BlackBerry Ltd has absolutely nothing to do with the distribution of updates.

2) Yes, depending on what TCL defines as the "region". For example, factory unlocked phones throughout North America are all the same PRD, while in Europe it matters if it's UK or EU and QWERTY or QWERTZ or AZERTY, etc. It will happen if it happens, that's the most anyone outside of TCL can say.

There are some as yet unsolvable hiccups with KEY2 scanning. Pre-KEY2 scanning is still on track, though.

Still no Luck... on ABA082 that shows as most updated software (May 5th)

If by July 17 we're still on the May update on a BLACKBERRY device, I think we do need to say it. If security has become an afterthought, we just need to know.

yea the provider shouldnt be affecting the update if the phone is factory unlocked. your phone should get it when they push an update to your prd.

I tried autoloader and all was fine. I used the wipe mode because I like to set up the phone... but I heard about a person that used non-wipe mode and all went fine. This is my experience. I bought my K2 from Clove.co.uk. So same model.
