    how come many of you are receiving OTA updates while mine still stuck with ACQ984 with May2020 patch. DTEK is already complaining!!!

    It uses the identical flash files as previous, so it must be at your end.

    Try the usual things - redownload, different cables and ports, etc.

    This is the total file size as I see it here. Do you have the same?

    I'm thinking it might be the USB-C cable which isn't the greatest.Feb 2021 security patch spotted for KEY²-img_20210217_1213071.jpeg

    Edit: SOLVED!!! I had forgotten to install the BlackBerry USB driver first!
