    Anyone else experience no notification from Facebook app? I uninstalled/reinstalled FB app and still no luck. Any work around to get it working? TIA

    Did you check your notification sound/sound level, and have you rebotted the device? Sometimes, a glitch in the matrix will cause this to happen, and quite often a reboot or the simulated "battery pull" hard reset will clear it up.

    Is importance also set to urgent?
    Try holding the power button for 32 seconds.

    So I uninstalled, 32sec reboot, reinstalled, another 32s reboot...hopefully that fix it..will report tomorrow. Thank you

    something is up with their app. My key2le is not getting any alerts from messenger and fb app is running slowly. been happening for about a week now for me. I tried loading the new app updates and still poor performance.

    Settings, apps and notifications, scroll down and tap see all xx apps, find Facebook and tap on it, app notifications, tap on the notification channel you want to change, you will find an importance level.

    Seems like wiping the OS and reinstall with fresh one (wipe all data), reload app one by one fixed the issue. Thanks
