Email Stops Working with Blackberry Hub after Authenticating with Microsoft 2 Factor
We've just enabled the 2 factor authentication in Office 365. On my laptop, I was able to authenticate with the Microsoft Authenticator App installed and configured on my BB Key2. It also authenticated my OneDrive desktop client.
On the Key2, One Drive and Teams also prompted the Authenticator notification to authenticate but my email no longer works. In the Hub it says my password is incorrect. I re-enter it and then it says my settings are incorrect. It is not prompting the Authenticator prompt for email with the Hub. Now I have no email.
Not sure why an app on my phone requires the prompt of another app on the same phone but that's another issue.
How do I get the Hub to work with 2 Factor authentication?
