    When I ran DTEK, it says that the hardware is not a BB and the OS is not supported by BB hardware.

    Any similar experiences out there?

    Yes I have the same issue.

    If you go to the PlayStore, you'll see they have already acknowledged it and are working towards resolving it. There are already many complaining about the same thing.

    Same here on Priv lately, but so far a reboot always resolved the situation here.

    BlackBerry should at least mention this in the app as first try instead of pushing users to do an unneeded factory reset with potential loss of personal data.

    The latest DTEK update has resolved this issue. I'm back to Excellent status on my KEY2.
