First time poster so forgive me if these issues have been addressed already. Love my Key2 and wouldn't trade if for anything! I have the International Dual Sim version. No major issues but a few things are happening and I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

1. My notification sounds will randomly switch to vibrate. All calls, texts, email, etc alerts will vibrate even though I have the volume for notifications turned completely up. I have to reboot the phone for the sounds to be heard again.

2. A few callers have told me I don't sound clear or "sharp" during the call. Anyone else heard this from callers?

Have not encountered either of these issues, but I have a standard black (single SIM) device.

Unlocked silver Key2 in the States. Have not encountered either of these issues. Have you tried an @FF22 (patent pending) "hard" reset (hold power button down for 32 seconds)?

Check your "do not disturb" settings in the pull down shade. Make sure it looks like this. Click the do not disturb icon even once and for some reason it defaults to ON, make sure you tick the selector to OFF then click DONE. See attachment
