Dialer app is lagging!

This is my Blackberry Key2 model and the build number.

I am having an issue with the dialer app. The app is lagging when I have a call log of unknown number(Incoming). This happens when i see for call details.
What do you think the problem is?
Is this the latest build?

Yes you have the latest build.

Clear the phone app cache and then reboot by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

Is the 32 second+ reboot no longer valid? Does the 10 second reboot replace the 32 second? Curious and would be a time saver. Thanks,

I've never had to go deeper than the 10 sec reboot.
