In order to sell my KeyTwo, I first deleted my Google account, then I went on to Factory Reset.
After that, when the new buyer put his SIM card in, the phone would not get past 'checking for updates' level. Thus, the guy was not able to sign in with his account and enjoy the phone. The sale was cancelled and now I am left with a 'bricked' KeyTwo (hope not). All the hard and soft resets would not be of any help. Any suggestions on how to solve the issue and bring the phone back to life? Attached there is a photo.
Thank you.
Thank you, Conite. I managed to bring it back to life using an autoloader.
It is ok now.
Hello Marius? If your friend bought that phone inside the European Union it is a automatic 2-year guarantee if it needs to go back he can take it back to whoever sold it to him and they can do the honours.

When I select Reboot into fastboot I am being redirected again back to the bootloader menu.
What am I doing wrong here?
Having your phone in fastboot mode is just one step. You need to download the autoloader to your computer, unzip it and then run the autoloader with your phone connected via USB. Lots of threads on how to do this.
