The new Rogers OTA does not allows contact to be downloaded to the Sync 3 system. Music, texts etc all can be read but not contacts. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Surprising because if memory serves me right, a large group of BB employees were working on the Ford system.
Going into the BlackBerry Bluetooth permissions it doesnt even list contacts. Just text email and phone
I had the same problem but with a Classic and the first Ford Sync. I rebooted the phone a couple of times and found some menus from the Ford Sync and was able to get the contacts down. But, it took a few tries. Ford Sync (at least the original version) isn't very intuitive.

OK after many tries the procedure is to click pairing on sync3 then wait for a minute or so and accept pairing on the K2
