    Greetings,

I can't grab the vertical scrollbar in BlackBerry Hub+ Contacts version 2.2034.1.8456. I can swipe up, but that only works for the current screen. I have a lot of contacts, and to browse to the bottom I have to somehow grab the scrollbar.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks,
    Shane.

No issue here. Clear the cache and reboot?

Does yours look like this? I can't grab the scroll bar. I've been trying for a ridiculously long time.

The area to grab it is quite large.

Go to settings, apps, choose HUB+ Services and Contacts, storage, clear cache.

Once done, hold down power button for 32 seconds.

If you look at the screenshot you will see that the area to grab is very small.

When I tap Settings > Apps & notifications there are are six options. Hub+ Services isn't one of them.

It appears that way, but it's much bigger.

The actual area you can grab is 1/2" wide.

I cleared the cache and restarted.

The scroll bar is too skinny to grab.

The graphic is thin, yes. But you have 1/2" to grab it. Scroll down a bit first then try.

When I scroll down there is a spinning arrow at the top and a "Refreshing" message that appears at the bottom. Grabbing the scroll bar still isn't possible.

I'm trying to say that the scroll bar can't be grabbed, but I can't seem to get the message across. I'm not sure how else to say it.

Like I said, scroll down a couple pages and then try to grab it. You don't need to be right at the edge.

You need to scroll down just enough so when you pull down it doesn't register as a refresh.
