I'll do my best to explain this problem that has plagued me for a while now. Not sure if it's the most recent update or it was going on before.

Problem:
My ringer would go from vibrate to the lowest sound setting on its own

Bug:
When I have Do Not Disturb on and set to Priority Only my ringer will go from "vibrate" --> "sound on" whenever the phone is locked or unlocked. I watch it happen in real time with the notification shad pulled down.

Work Around:
I can only have Do Not Disturb set to "Alarms only" and it fixes the problem. Stays on vibrate, but can't receive calls from contacts only when DND is on.

Hope that make sense and can help someone else, and hope it gets addressed.
