They take Google's AOSP patches, make some tweaks, add their specific component patches, update the apps, fix some bugs, package it all together, and then upload to the server for certification and distribution.
So.. If BB go to Android One, they would do the same thing or now it would be copy/paste of Google patches?
They can't go Android One because of some of the core changes to the OS.
