will the BBF100-6 international version have any issue on AT&T is the United States?
If you want to specify what’d be an issue to you, maybe. But the short answer is no. Calls, texts and LTE data should work fine. WiFi calling and enhanced calling features are probably a resounding no, with mobile hotspot likely being a no too.

I have a stupid question. I own the K2. Bought it on Amazon unlocked but it never shows LTE, only 4G. Showing my stupidity, should I expect to see LTE or now?

    LTE is 4G.

Incorrect! ATT and T-Mobile use "4G" as their 3G HSPA+ network which is a 42 Meg download line so while it has the bandwidth of 4G LTE, the latency (time it take for data to get from one side to the other - it's what makes Internet appear "snappy" ) is still 3G which is 80 - 150ms.

4G LTE and "4G" are NOT the same ESPECIALLY with ATT and T-Mobile. Carriers such as Verizon are LTE only for 4G as their 3G is just CDMA which is crappy and slow!

Excuse me, can someone explain which Key2 I should buy a -2 or a -6 for T-Mobile in California, USA?

Since I've been contemplating just about the exact same question: with the -6 (and -1) you miss out on LTE bands 66 and 71, though with the -2 you still miss out on 71. If your primary use is in SoCal I'd go with the -2 for sure, unless the -5 (which I'd assume will have 71) actually hits the market.

Or, with less words: get the -2, having LTE band 66 is worth it. (IMHO, anyway.)

Oh, ok. I'm actually in Northern California (like the 'Governator'). Does anyone know if the 66 covers this area, too?

Sorry, I'm not sure why I thought you were in SoCal, but there's a bunch of 66 in California, and it seems to come up in special-use microcell situations enough that I figure I want it. If external links are allowed there's a map here: Map of T-Mobile's AWS-3 spectrum

On the other hand, you'll see people upthread talking about the -6 being just fine for AT&T despite that it's missing three bands that AT&T uses including 66 (and AT&T bought a lot more of the choice LTE 66 locations), and arguably I should care less. I do head out into the middle of nowhere enough that I think the nationwide 71 buildout is a bigger deal, but since no BBF100 variant at all covers it I mostly just get to be sad. Just 2, 4, and 5 will get you a long way!

I reached out to PDA plaza asking about the keyboard and they confirmed that the BBF100-6 they’re selling has the qwerty keyboard.
How is it working for you? Good connection in North America?

Ordered 3 KEY2 Red Editions and 2 were sent to North America : Canada and USA used in major cities. On North American side no issues. Also while travelling thru USA worked fine.

Working great. Awesome connectivity with Rogers and Bell in Canada (full LTE bars).

Currently in Detroit right now roaming and T-Mobile and AT&T. Also getting 5 bars of LTE.

Im actually in Windsor for the weekend for my kids' swim meet and decided to do a Target run on the north side of the Detroit River.

Unsurprisingly, there wasn't a BlackBerry to be found anywhere on that side of the border.
