BlackBerry KEY2 Keyboard Brightness Missing

HI All,

I have got a New BlackBerry KEY2. As i have switching to my KEYone to KEY2 on the Display settings there is no Keyboard Brightness Option in KEY2. I have already find a lot and got no success. Please help in this. Is this a Software update Issue or something else.

Turn of the automatic optimisation back light and you can then adjust the keyboard 🎹 !

Falbo thanks for writing, but the first pic is from my KEY2. You have clearly shown on the picture there is no option of Keyboard Brightness...

That's odd.. It definitely should be there.

I don't know what's wrong with your device my BlackBerry KEY² has keyboard brightness slider.

Just swipe down twice from the top to open your quick settings. There is a slider there.

Swiping down twice brings the screen brightness slider, not for the keyboard.

I used the April autoloader. Don't want to wait for my carrier to release it.

That's on the key2? I have Substratum on .y Samsung but didn't know it workforce on the Key2.. I have an app for the KEY2 but it don't work all that well. My Telegram is @clark_13

Okay, PitchBlack has been updated to 74.4 but I'm not home right now. I have version 74.3 I can send you on Telegram.

So Substratum works on BlackBerry?
